I feel a bit sheepish giving this 5 stars, since the last book to receive this rating from me was Faulkner, and this is no Faulkner. But it is a simply wonderful specimen of comic novel. Laugh-out-loud funny. Amusing. Full of what-ho! and a jolly good time. Wodehouse can tie the most amazing knot and then undo it like a magician.
